Privacy
What we collect
Your answers in the check, your messages to the AI assistant, timing, and — if you give it — your email and name. We also record which pages and buttons were used, with an anonymous browser id and the link that brought you here.
Who sees your result
Only you, through a private link. If you took the check through a team invite, your company sees aggregated results once 5 or more people have finished, never your individual answers — unless you chose to share your result.
How it's used
To show your result, to produce aggregated team reports, and to improve the check. Results are for development, not hiring or performance decisions. We don't sell personal data.
AI processing
The AI assistant runs on Google Cloud Vertex AI. Google doesn't use this data to train its models.
We email you only what you asked for (your report link, your team dashboard) and, if you opted in, occasional updates. Reply to any email to unsubscribe or to ask us to delete your data.
Deletion
Ask us to delete your results and contact details at any time by replying to any of our emails.
